• Photo Id (Drivers Licence or Passport) & Credit Card MUST be provided at time of Check in.

Pets are not Allowed in Guest Rooms. 1 Nights accommodation will be payable by guest if Pets are found to have been in the rooms.
In the Best Interests & Safety of all our Guests, It is a condition of occupancy that each person on the premises agrees to the rules of the house and shall be personally responsible for all charges & repair of any damages or theft caused in addition to the person named on the registration form.
Cooking without agreement of management is Strictly Prohibited along with any cleaning of seafood fresh or otherwise in our rooms or bathrooms.
Fishing equipment is not to be kept inside/outside rooms or stored anywhere on the property unless agreed to by management. Minimum $100 Cleaning fee plus any Professional services required will be charged accordingly to your account.
Strictly No Smoking in any of the Rooms. $150 Cleaning fee will be applied to your account if you are found to have been smoking inside the room or bathroom.
Breaching these rules is against Health Regulations &/or Fire Regulations.
Guests breaching these rules will be instructed to leave the premises & will be charged a minimum 1 night’s tariff or more if clean up requires more than one days vacancy of the room and / or the replacement of damaged items or property.
Any damages, fines imposed on the motel or any loss of income as a result of this breach are payable by the guests in that room.
By completing a reservation either online or direct with motel, Guests acknowledge these Terms and Conditions & authorise payment of any such damages & fines to the credit / debit card details supplied in this booking or registration form at time of check in or online booking.

Eftpos & Credit card payments taken at reception attract a surcharge of 1.2% of total payment
American Express card payments taken at reception attract a surcharge of 1.95% of total payment.
Online Master Card & Visa Credit & Debit card payments attract 1.95% surcharge & a 0.45 cents booking fee.
American Express Payments will attract 2.95% surcharge & a 0.45 cents booking fee.
All Card Payment surcharge fees are payable and unfortunately are non-refundable.

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 48 hrs prior to arrival.
